What counts as a call minute?

Any time MyHandl is actively on a call, rounded to the nearest second. Voicemail-only or missed transfers don't count.

What happens if I go over?

Overage is billed at $0.35/minute on Starter and $0.20/minute on Professional. No hard cutoffs — MyHandl keeps answering.

Are there setup fees?

No. Setup, training, and voice cloning are all included in your monthly plan.
